Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer returns if you change your mind. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Free Shipping - Shipping is free on purchases over $55. What is the estimated delivery time? We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 3-5 days to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 7-9 days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times we can’t deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays.
